Started Career as Apprentice Chef in Shangri Le Hotel Singapore, had studies in Sydney TAFE College, Human nutrition at Sydney University, HACCP in RMIT, Melbourne, Pastry& Bakery training in Netherlands and USPHD in Miami, USA. Working in Hotel Consultant “OAsulea ” in Dhaka and Director Culinary “World Cuisine UK” in Wallington, London. Worked as Corporate Executive Chef, Director F&B in Westin Dhaka, Executive Chef – Radisson, USA, Caribbean Islands, Australia, Middle Eastern- KSA, PNG, French, China, NZ, Islamabad, Mozambique, General Manager in Grand sultan. Tony Khan, 1998 &awarded as “Top 10 Chef” of the World in 1992, "Chef of The Year" in Pacific, Papua New Guinea in 1994, Panel Judge for Salon culinary in Colombo, Srilankain 2012. “Life –Time Member World Chef Society 2017”
